Engagement & role : By accepting this Mentor Agreement you confirm you are an independent provider and are fully responsible for the content and delivery of your mentoring. You are not an employee, partner, or agent of StellarEdX.

Conduct & obligations : Provide services professionally and honestly. Do not make guarantees about outcomes. Respect privacy and do not solicit off-platform payments. Inform mentees about recording and obtain consent if recording sessions.

Intellectual Property : You retain IP rights to your original materials. You grant StellarEdX a license to display and distribute materials on the Platform. For work-for-hire or assignment, include explicit clauses here.

Termination & remedies : StellarEdX may suspend or remove mentors for policy violations. Mentors may terminate their participation at any time for any reason.
